MEET THE FOUNDER

From operator to founder.

AiDE Enterprise was built from direct experience inside complex enterprise operations. After more than two decades leading teams, transformation initiatives and regulated workflows, Elizabeth Blackshear founded AiDE to address a challenge she had seen repeatedly: critical decisions were becoming more digital while the operating intelligence behind those decisions remained fragmented.

THE OPERATOR TO FOUNDER PATH

AiDE started with the work.

Before AiDE was a platform, the problems behind it were operational realities. Elizabeth spent years leading teams responsible for complex, high-accountability work where policy, people, systems, evidence and performance had to come together every day.

That experience shaped a different view of enterprise AI. Transformation should not simply automate tasks. It should preserve institutional knowledge, strengthen governance, improve execution and give organizations better intelligence about how decisions are made.

01
Operator

Learn the operation from the inside.

Build teams, manage execution, solve operating problems and understand where policy, process, systems and people intersect.

02
Transformation Leader

See what changes at enterprise scale.

Lead transformation across complex environments while balancing performance, governance, workforce realities and institutional requirements.

03
Builder

Turn operating knowledge into infrastructure.

Translate years of operating experience into technology designed to connect policy, decisioning, evidence, oversight and execution.

04
Founder

Build what operators need next.

AiDE was created to help institutions modernize decision operations without separating technology from the operational realities it is expected to improve.

WHY INSTITUTIONS CHOOSE AIDE

Built from the operating problem, not around the technology trend.

AiDE reflects an operator's view of enterprise transformation. Technology has to work inside the realities of the institution. It has to support governance, preserve accountability and create measurable operating value.

01

Built for regulated decision operations

AiDE is designed for environments where policy, evidence, traceability and institutional oversight matter.

02

Transformation without disruption

Institutions can evaluate and introduce AiDE alongside existing operations before making a production transition.

03

Governed intelligence

Decision intelligence should strengthen institutional control, not separate automation from accountability.

04

Evidence before production

Transformation decisions should be supported by measurable operating evidence rather than assumptions about automation.

FOUNDER PERSPECTIVE

The goal is not to automate work for the sake of automation. The goal is to build better decision operations while preserving the control, knowledge and accountability institutions need.

WHERE IT CONNECTS

Operations first. Credentials reinforce the foundation.

Elizabeth’s experience spans the full operating environment, from frontline customer operations and global delivery to complex back-office execution, risk, regulated workflows, healthcare, contracts and enterprise transformation.

AiDE was built from that operator perspective: understand the work, understand the risk and controls, understand the institution, then build technology around how the operation actually functions.
